Originating as a small hotel reservations specialist based in Victoria Rail station, Polyglobe is now an agency with global reach. 11 retail units across London travel hubs serve international and domestic visitors in the leisure market, whilst on the corporate side Polyglobe serve a formidable portfolio of both private and public sector clients, across various industry sectors.

Our history & heritage
1971 (BHRC) British Hotel Reservation Centre opens its first retail desk at Victoria Station to service the needs of business and leisure travellers alike.
1974 - 1994
This was a period of steady growth for BHRC as the number of retail sites increased to include Stansted airport, Heathrow and Victoria tube stations, Victoria coach station and Waterloo rail station.
The company sets up its e-commerce division and launches its first website - This website consisted of approximately 50 hotels. The hotels were accessible by name, location and star rating - a formula that has proved to be very successful and we have retained it ever since.
The Corporate Team division was set up, specialising in helping businesses drive down their hotel and conference spend.
Our first bespoke client extranet goes live. To date we have created over 50 bespoke websites for our corporate clients.
BHRC appointed to serve all 4 terminals at London Heathrow.
BHRC opens new desks at St Pancras International & Heathrow Terminal 5.
TCT launches new and highly innovative SBT - ‘Hotelsaver’ to the business market.
TCT has been awarded ‘Best Hotel Booking agent: UK 2013’.
TCT launches ‘Eventay’ a specialist hotel booking tool for the exhibition and events industry.
